Rogers Muthegheki – Co- Founder and Executive Director

With more than 8 Years of implementing community based projects, Rogers is passionate about working with grass root communities and making a difference in the lives of women, children and youth. He is a graduate in Economics and also has a certificate in Permaculture from the Permaculture Institute in Tanzania by Earth Allies Restoration Network. He has strong skills in communication, problem-solving and leadership.  He loves playing and watching football and reading novels in his leisure time. Robinah KabughoRobinah has been working with us since 2017. She is passionate about supporting organizational systems that build transformational change in the lives of vulnerable women.  She has a bachelor degree in communication and journalism and a certificate in power and voice. MOSES ANASI

Moses Baluku – Agronomist

Moses has been working with us since May 2020. He specializes in crop and soil sciences, focusing on maximizing agricultural productivity and sustainability through various techniques such as soil conservation and integrated pest management. He possesses technical skills in crop management, soil analysis, and pest control. His interests include gardening, hiking, watching football and reading about agricultural innovations. Rabbecca Mbambu anasi

Rebecca Mbambu – Finance

Rabecca joined Anasi Farmers in February 2022 and is our Finance Assistant. She holds a Diploma in Finance Management and is currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree. She loves teamwork and associating with people and making friends. Rebecca likes working with minimum pressure. In her free time, she likes visiting friends and playing volleyball and netball.

Beatrice is a teacher, environmentalist and a small holder farmer who has who has worked with young people both in and out of school for over 15 years now and women at grass root level to build their confidence in promoting sustainable agriculture.  She is also a women’s rights activist whose zeal towards supporting women be stewards of socio-economic transformation is unlimited. She loves nature and related aspects.
